Subleasing my room in a Knight&#;s Circle 2x2 for the August 1st, - July , lease term. The room is fully furnished, on the first floor and, as mentioned, utilities are included. All you would need to be responsible for is renter&#;s insurance.
My roommate is a good 👨 guy, super friendly, and is into video games and music and even likes to cook as well. The room has it&#;s own private bathroom, and the apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, access to the 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle systems, which runs every minutes or so, and a staff who, in my experience, has been nothing but friendly and helpful.
