The lease end July st so I’m looking for someone to finish my remainder of the lease The roommate that will be living there is a year old 👨 male, very kind, very 🎇clean and organized, happy and social. I have had family issues come up and need to go home and am looking for anyone. This is an animal friendly apartment as long as you provide the office with paperwork to the front office the roommate❤️loves all animals and wouldn’t have any problems if you brought one. This is a square foot apartment, hardwood floors, a balcony, personal closet space, in apartment washer and dryer, no gross communal building ones, and lots of community amenities like a gym, 🏊 pools, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, and coffee bar with computer lab/printer access. The listing says move in December 1st but if you message me we can totally talk about more specific days sooner or later. The current move in rate for the summer is a month, my lease is a discounted a month due to the fact I renewed last year.
