Floors mopped and swept. Practically untouched since April excluding any maintenance workers who might&#;ve come in to change the locks. Appliances are all fairly 🎇clean as well. Also a balcony with a good view. One roommate is nice, keeps to himself mostly but is friendly if you pass by him. Other is new, but was nice enough to send a greeting text message to his roommates.
Location is very good relative to the entire complex, very convenient. Right across the street from the Leasing Office and practically right next to the entrance to Knight&#;s Circle closest to Campus (by Alafaya Road). Also very close to the 🏊 pool, the basketball courts, the gym, and one of the stops for the campus 🚍 shuttle (which is right next to the basketball court). Exact address of the apartment itself is " Red Knight Way."
Willing to negotiate the price a bit if you&#;re interested.
