It is a 1x1 in a 3x3 in Knights Circle - fully furnished and parking, utilities and wifiincluded in the rent. Washer and dryer is also included in the unit.
The other two roommates are both undergrads - really sweet 👩 girls.
Lease is Aug to July but if you are able to sign by Aug I am willing to pay the first month of rent and all other fees (so all you would be responsible for is rent starting in September)
The complex is right across campus, has frequent 🚍 shuttles and and is close to several 🍔 restaurants ad grocerystores.
