Apartment is in phase closest to 💛 UCF. Literally across the street. 🌉 gated community regulated by guard houses and security cameras. no issues with crime. Roommates will be strangers to me as my friends are leaving due to corona so I can&#;t say much about them but the apartment is well taken care of and 🎇clean. no mold or damage of any kind. The room in question is in very good shape and has been scrubbed 🎇clean top to bottom before I left in March.
