My roommates are awesome. Very chill. I had to move out due to my job. April rent is paid and you can move in today. Leasing office is waiving the normal $. paperwork. Lease is from April (paid already) through July. You only need to pay May, June and July.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
