Utilities and Amenities
Knight Circle offers security and police patrol to protect residents. Utilities with a cap are included. The leases are individual. There are three resort style 🏊 pools and a gym in this phase. There is also a 🎥 movie room, a game room and a study room. Knight Circle offers free printing as well. There&#;s 🚍 shuttles that run during the week days to 💛 UCF and come about every fifteen minutes. There are also 🚍 shuttles on game days to take students to and from the game. If you have a car, you get a free parking pass. If you lose your first one, then the replacements are $. There are no pets allowed unless the animal is ESA certified. There is a maintenance staff that takes care of any issues with the apartment.Knight Circle is also 💛 UCF affiliated housing so they can defer rent meaning you can use your financial aid to pay for your housing.
After July , , the rent will go down to $. The only reason I am moving is because I am transferring colleges. To take over the lease, it will be $.
