Hello, I am going out of the country and need to sublease my room at a 3 bedroom 3bathroom (private room and bathroom) apt in Knights Circle in the third floor. 👩 females only.
For the summer (May-June-July). The price includes utilities and internet and the apartment and room is furnished.
I will pay for the subleasing fee.
The apt is min away from 💛 UCF and there is 🚌 shuttles that pass right outside the apt. The two other roommates are nice and are not home often because of work.
