It&#;s a 4/4 on the first floor with everything included, utilities (may have to pay a bit more if you go over the cap), cable, free printing, parking, 🌉 gated entrance, and 🚌 shuttles to 💛 UCF. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, and there are 3 👨 guys living here already (all very friendly and fun). There are multiple gyms, 🏊 pools, computer/printing labs, etc! It&#;s a very convenient location, 5 minutes away from 💛 UCF! It is $. a month for the rent, which is by unit, and this includes all utilities! If anyone is interested, let me know. I need someone to take over the lease ASAP.
