Jan 2016: Never had ROACH problem until I lived here. I loss $4,000 in my furniture because there was no way I could get the roaches out of all my furniture. When I moved in I was supposed to rate the office staff on how my experience was. Instead one of the office staff rated them selves a 5 star.

Aug 2015: It was rocky moving in. I have never lived in an apartment. I hear the upstairs neighbor's heavy foot, but most everyone is pleasant. I was afraid it was going to be loud due to, it's a collage town. But am GRATEFUL it's very quiet. What a convenient location.
When I have a issue, the Maintenance Crew are always ready to help and are happy too. I don't feel like I am bothering them. The Office Staff are doll's, very thorough and busy, and yet pleasant.
I have been here just over a year, saw 3 roaches within a few days, they fixed it. In total, maybe 5 bugs in the year, clean house = no bugs.

Aug 2015: Worst place i have ever lived at!! Lots of Roaches!!! Roaches are everywhere!!! In he Refrigerator, the A/c Vents, in the Walls, behind the Stove!! I Hate this apartment complex!!! Disgusting!!! Management do not Care at all!! Bats and Spiders are in the Hallways!! I had to personally call the Health Department!! This is not a place for a Family never the less a Newborn/Toddler to live!!! Appliances are old and Outdated!!! the Refrigerator Leaks Water and Dont get that cold so your Groceries Spoil a lot Faster!! The A/c Unit is Old and Outdated which is a Big issues throughout the whole apartment complex!!! A/c Unit was causing me to pay 300 dollars in Light Bill!

May 2015: I have been living in Cricket Club for four years. I have to move due to work, and I will miss the place I've call home for the last four years. The staff are very professional and I can't say enough about the maintenance crew, always professional and can fix anything.The buildings have new paint and new roofs and the grounds are always kept very clean.

Feb 2015: I have been living at Cricket Club Apartments for a year now and I love it starting from the office staff to maintenance they are very nice,work orders get done within same day at times and office staff very helpful and kind.

Feb 2015: I would not advise anyone to move here. The day I moved in, the apartment was infested with roaches. There were roaches all over, crawling on the walls, in corners, along baseboards, in the kitchen etc. At this point I hadn't moved my belongings in but I had no choice and no where else to go. After calling to inform them of the issue, management sent pest control out a few times but the problem was never full fixed. Management has not been a pleasure to deal with from day one. A new management company took over while I was living here and they are rude, unhelpful, and unorganized.
