Hey if there is anyone looking for a room near 💛 UCF and close to Valencia campus I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for Fall to Summer . It’s a 4x4 the rent is $ with utilitiesincluded. There’s a 🏊 pool, gym, volleyball and basketball court! There are 🚍 shuttles to 💛 UCF’s campus if you don’t have a car and if you do have a car the drive is less than 5 minutes. If you’re planning on attending Valencia there is a 🚍 bus stop to the school and the drive is mins. The complex is 🐕 pet friendly if your animal is serviced if you’re interested inbox me and I’ll answer any questions you have. (I will pay for the month of August and the application fee!)
