Subleasing my room for summer starting on may. I will pay the relet-fee you you just have to pay the monthly rent fee which includes utilities. The apartment is a 4x4 bedroom all 👩 female. It is on the new building so everything is new. It comes with parking garage and it is right next to 💛 UCF and its not far away from Valencia. The amenities are good too, it includes a 🏊 pool, gym, study rooms, Kitchen.
The roommates are all nice, some go to Valencia and others to 💛 UCF, not all of them will be during summer in the apartment.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
