I am trying to sublease my studio at Arden Villas. I am an international student and if 💛 UCF doesn’t resume in person classes I will get deported. I need to sublease it ASAP so if this happens I can go home without being stuck on a lease. I would ❤️love to offer to pay for the first month of rent but my financial situation does not permit it to me at this moment. Hopefully somebody can help me out. Arden villas is a nice apartment complex that is 🐕 pet friendly. My unit is an unfurnished one but with a 🚶 walk in closet. It does included a built in desk. Here’s a link to a video of the unit.
