the secretary was cordial and nice. She actually seemed to want to do her job well/competently. I'd hire her if I could.

1. management sucks. They don't care if people smoke pot or have animals, so the places they manage are getting destroyed. They also don't inform people about anything. We didn't know about our cable or internet was getting cut until it was too late. We didn't know we were supposed to switch to Google Fiber cause they never informed us. Same happened to our cable. This occurred in the middle of the semester on a day I was supposed to turn in a term paper, so I had to stressfully run to the Provo Library to turn it in then. They would just tell us off and say that they'd take care of it "later this month."
2. Stuff never, ever gets fixed. Our window and air conditioning was never fixe Review from Google Sep 2016: Horrible experience with them. Charged to replace a stove and microwave that worked fine and was not broken in any way. Charged for a late fee on rent for the month I had already moved out even after giving them 60 days notice at the end of my lease. They are very difficult to get a hold of. Every time I try to reach the office, I have to call back more than once, if I even get a hold of them that day. The apartment was not clean when I moved in, and when I moved out I left it way cleaner than when I had moved in. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Review from 9/28/16 on Google May 2015: Lived at Stonecrest at South Campus (managed by this main office here).
The apartments were great and any maintenance request we put in was responded to and fixed within a day or two. Apartments were quiet too (not much sound from neighbors).
My only beef with the place was the yearly parking sticker. It's $50 for the first car, and $40 for the car after that. However, they charge you by the calendar year, so we got here in August and bought our parking sticker. In December, they were trying to charge us again for the next year (2015). That wasn't really explained well at all. We thought it was based on a year after we signed our lease. We opted not to purchase parking and have been parking on the street with no problem at all.
Overall, it's a great place to live and management has been wonderful too. Would live here again, but would not p Review from Google
