The price is plus utilities but I am willing to negotiate! There is no one current in the room that I am selling, a few roommates in and out of the other rooms. They&#;re super great but you&#;d essentially get a private room! The bathroom is a huge space, there is a gym on site and the laundry you pay for through an app so no more pesky quarters! The ward is great, you can buy a parking pass, or there is tons of free parking nearby, I never bought a parking pass the last two semesters I lived here.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
