Jan 2019: I have loved living here this past year. My apartment is beautiful. Staff is friendly. I like my neighbors. No complaints! Review from Google
Jan 2019: Just moved in! The experience was quick and easy thanks to Cameron! The apartments are very nice AND the amenities are super cool! Definitely going to enjoy living here! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I have been living here since September of 2018 it is now January 2019. The initial move in and getting all paper work finished an submitted was a mess. The employees who work in the front are always so confused and don't ever make a move without asking the manager. The main issue about living here is that if you talk to different employees they all give you totally different answers. Oh and they only have 16 VISITOR PARKING so yeah never invite anyone over because they wont have anywhere to park. It's a shame that the lofts are so nice. Review from Google
Dec 2018: I’m moved in one day and the next day I gave them a small list of fixer-uppers and they came out an hour later and resolved everything! Rent is affordable for such nice apartments and amenities and every single staff member has been more than pleasant! Especially the manager Caleigh she’s awesome! 6/5 stars for me Review from Google
Dec 2018: I have loved my stay here at Parkway Lofts. The amenities and apartment design are better than anywhere else I have lived. The staff is very friendly and even made me a cute gift for renewing my contract. If I ever have any issues they are addressed immediately. Review from Google
Oct 2018: It is so nice and new. The employees are great, I especially liked talking with Cameron. They have really great amenities! Review from Google
Oct 2018: It rocks here! I love my apartment here at parkway loft i have been for about 6 months and the staff here is so friendly and always helpful. They explained everything to me when I first move in. I am very happy here! Also, the rock wall is awesome! I also love to come bowl with my friends and family. Review from Google
Oct 2018: i have lived at parkway for about a year now and honesty it has been the best apartment i have ever lived at. I love the bowling alley they offer residents, me and my family always use it especially when we run out of things to do with our kids. They did recently change the parking but honestly it accommodates resident a whole lot more then in the past! luckily we are now getting a house and are needed to move out but my stay here has been amazing for me and my family. Oct 2018: I love my apartment. It is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is so friendly and always helpful. I don't know why people complain on here about "hidden fees". All apartment buildings charge for utilities and media packages and the staff explained this to me when I first came to look at the community. I am very happy here! Also, the bowling alley is so cool! Review from Google
Jun 2018: I've lived here for a year now and I haven't been happier, the staff always goes the extra mile especially Mary and manager. The parking rules are a lot better then other communities I have lived at. The price is honestly incredible for what you get with a bowling alley, theatre and gym open 24/7 its great. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Have loved this community! Staff + management have been friendly + extremely helpful with resolving any issues + making amenity reservations. We love the smart home + clubhouse especially. Our apartment has attention to detail + the location to UVU cant be beat. I'm seeing some of these one-star complaints + am surprised any exist. This is literally the best complex in the county + we have pretty high standards of living (from Orange County + San Diego). Review from Google
Jun 2018: My husband and I lived here for a year or so. The apartments inside are very nice, but the valet trash is a huge problem. People leave their trash everywhere outside their door and there are pieces of garbage strewn all over all of the halls. It doesn't smell pleasant in the summer. There is also dog poop everywhere outside, people do not pick up after their animals and more than once I have stepped in something disgusting on my way to my car. Overall, the experience was fairly poor with management trying to get the parking situation figured out for months and months and all the trash. It was not what we were expecting and not what I wanted to be paying for. When we moved in it was a new apartment, and I tried to bake something in the oven and later found out the workers had left a bag of stainless steel cleaner IN THE OVEN. It almost caught o Review from Google
Jun 2018: The staff is great and there is a significant improvement in maintenance requests. The surroundings are regularly cleaned and spotless all the time. Front desk employees are very friendly and also the Clubhouse is equipped with so many fun activities. I have been living here since August 2016 and I would definitely recommend Parkway lofts. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Staff has never been helpful. The last time I asked for help was when I reserved the bowling ally. I invited some family over and it wasn't working. The girl who was working the front desk was currently helping someone else, so I waited 30 minutes patiently. Once she was finished, I politely asked for her help and she then informed me that she was closed and to call the number on the wall. Of course the number went to Voicemail. We left a voice mail waited about an hour and no one came to help. Poorest service I have ever received. The girl couldn't take five minutes to at least try to help us. She seemed stressed that I would even ask her and was really rude. She even saw me waiting 30 minutes for her help, just to tell me she's closed! This isn't the first time I've had service like this here. The parking was also planned very poorly. Not wo Review from Google
May 2018: Terrible customer service. Parking is ridiculous. The office doesn’t understand the normal practice of first come first served. Will never renew a lease here and no one should ever live here. Have never had a good experience living here. The office is always closed and can never dispute parking boots. Try a warning first before a booting your own residents. Hypocrites Review from Google
May 2018: Love this place. The apartments are nice, along with the hot tub, pool, and indoor theater! However, parking is very hard and limited for visitors. If you park anywhere except for the designated 6 slots, you will get booted. Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is super nice and beautiful inside and out. I lived here for almost a year and a half, but I never felt welcomed by management. They are nice at first when showing you apartments. However, after you have become a resident and you speak to them about an issue or an inquiry, they are not caring. The manager even told me not to bother her in her office and to just email her. I swear I'm not making this up. Her name is Jenna (she's racist), and shows poor professionalism in her workplace. This is the main reason why the staff is not adequate for these luxury apartments. These apartments are worth the expense but not worth satisfying the pockets of an unfriendly, uneducated apartment manager. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Really nice place and facilities, but they aren't worth the hassle of actually living there. The parking rules here are a joke. More than enough reason to not live here. No-one can park there after 6 pm unless they have a parking pass which are limited. They boot like crazy, and there is no mercy. good luck if you want visitors. The office staff/management is incompetent, they are unclear with their rules/regulations and don't seem to ever be on the same page (one person will tell you one thing, and the next will literally tell you the opposite). I am a very frequent visitor of friends here, not actually a tenant, but my friends that are can't wait for the day their contract is up and they can move. Review from Google
Apr 2018: From the start the staff was comfortable but yet very professional. They made me feel that I was wanted in the community and answered all my question during the first initial visit. I was so impressed that I came back for a second visit of another apartment. The amenities are way awesome and unlike any other Apartment complex that I visited. I truly felt welcome with open arms and made Parkway Lofts my home because of the great staff and awesome environment. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a apartment. Thanks to the staff for everything during the move in process and making it as easy as possible. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I moved in to Parkway Lofts two years ago when the apartments were just finished. Even from the beginning I have had some hard feelings towards Parkway Loft employees, They told us the date that we would be moving in, and a couple of days before the date they pushed our move in day back a month. (They did this twice.) It was nice to live in a nice new apartment with some great amenities. However, Everything has broken at least once. My washer, dryer, ice maker, and a cupboard door just fell off in my bathroom. Every time we have called them with an issue that something is broken it takes them weeks to come and fix it. When they finally do show up, I feel like they just temporarily fix the problem, Our ice maker has broken more than once after them coming to "fix" it. Also living here for two years, there has never been a parking policy enfo Review from Google
Feb 2018: I have lived here for over a year, my first year I absolutely loved it. It was on the more expensive side but the location and the amenities made it worth it. However I now hate this place so much. They only give 2 parking passes per apartment and we have 5 people living at our 3 bedroom apartment. We have to park near the train to ensure we don’t get towed, basically walking two blocks away. It’s ridiculous. I pay so much to live here. I work at 5 in the morning and I get scared to have to walk so far away especially after hearing about the assault at Wolverine Crossing. It’s even worse because as you’re walking you see so many parking spaces not being used. We had people over on Saturday night and they all had to leave before midnight so that their cars wouldn’t get towed. It’s embarrassing to have a curfew when you’re an adult Review from Google
Feb 2018: -The apartments themselves are gorgeous and modern. The clubhouse is adorable. Having an elevator is great. We hardly ever hear our neighbors. All apartments come with a smart home system. If you want to pay rent online it’s an extra $40. Our rent goes up every month. -Management: They are not on the same page and are unprofessional. They are a bit unorganized and extremely rude. -Parking: They aren’t looking out for their residents with this new parking rule. Overall I like it here but it is overpriced and management needs work. I wouldn’t recommend. Review from Google
Feb 2018: We have had our ups and downs at parkway lofts. As of lately we are on an up. But, it's taken awhile to get there, parking is a prime example. Everyone is complaining about the new Parking rule. As for us, my wife and I love it. We lived in building far from the dog park and don't have a garage. Every night we'd have to park on the far end of the complex by the dog park, since the new parking rule it's so much easier to find a place to park and I love it. We did decide to renew our lease we moved to a bigger place and are enjoying it more but, lost packages, rent going up and staff not being on the same page are all accurate reports and can be stressful at times. The apartments themselves and the amenities are very nice and comfortable. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I can not imagine having a more negative experience with an apartment complex. The management and general help staff is among the most dishonest group I have met to date, there is no integrity whatsoever. Last summer when we decided to move here we saw that we could only put two cars on the lease (four of us wanted to move together, each with his own car). Upon realizing this we called the leasing office and were told that all four of us would be able to park within the complex, so we signed the lease and forgot all about it. This last month they sent around a notice telling us that starting February 1st only registered cars would be allowed to park within the complex. I emailed them, asking if they could accommodate seeing as they had guaranteed us that we would be able to park within the complex. They didn't seem to care what we had been to Review from Google
Feb 2018: Living here at first was really nice. The apartment looked nice, and we really enjoyed some of the amenities. But I've noticed that the apartment is really cheap and everything is already starting to break. Our appliances weren't hooked up when we moved in and we couldn't figure out why they weren't working. And whenever we turn the stove on, the lights flicker. It's very annoying. Management has been nice, but the lady who owns the place is really rude and I've never had a good experience talking to her. For some reason rent also keeps going up every month, and we're forced to pay common area utilities, even though we're already paying $170 every month for the common areas. We are paying companies directly for utilities but we're still being charged for them in our rent statement. Our rent is supposed to be 1350 but we're paying 1600, it's Review from Google
