Why are you looking for a renter?
Hello, I am looking for a 👩 female to rent out a private room in a townhouse. I am graduating this December of , and moving back home. There are already two other 👩 females living there, and they are very quiet and respectful.
The rent price does not include the utility bill which normally ranges from $-$ish, depending on how much you use.
What do you ❤️love about this place?
I ❤️love the location of this place, because it so close to the UTSA campus. It is central in the city minutes from downtown, 2 minutes from UTSA, 3 minutes from LaCantera Mall, 5 minutes from Fiesta Texas, and many more places. My specific favorite is the location of my town home. It is very peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is very quick in responding, and parking is always available.
