Anyone looking for a place to live during spring semester term, this is a great place to stay. Current roommate is 🎇clean and quiet that also keeps to himself and is looking for someone of that same aspect. Lease does come with covered parking conveniently located directly in front of apartment unit. However, this can be changed or taken off and will drop the price by $ a month. Unit is located on first floor. Upgraded washer and dryer recently installed in unit. Maintenance people are great to get along with and will respond if anything needs repairing or replaced in a ⌚timely manner. Also comes standard with a " smart T.V. and internet for each apartment unit. Only thing to pay will be 💡electricity split between the two and current roommate will explain how this works. The apartment complex also offers a UTSA 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus stop for students needing to get to campus and not have to worry about parking.
