I had absolutely no complaints during the year I have already spent here and I will miss my apartment! The only reason I am leaving is because I am getting married (woot woot!) and will be moving and transferring back home to Houston. I have 3 really friendly roommates. They are pretty quiet and tend to not come out of their rooms so you won’t have to worry about parties at 3am! They do allow dogs and going on 🚶 walks is nice and easy. I will pay all sub leasing fees and am ready to move out as soon as you are ready to move in! I already paid for the month of July so if you move in now, you will get the entire month of July free! The 🚍 shuttle to UTSA is also free and I rode it everyday to school and back! My room is big, square, and has a huge beautiful window on the 3rd floor which overlooks the volleyball court. The washer and dryer are also in the apartment which is a huge benefit. I don’t many pictures and won’t have any More since I am in Houston and will not be making any trips up to SA until I am moving out.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
