Hi, Loading...

May 2017: The Management at Tetro is so helpful and willing to help in any way possible. The units are very well kept and the grounds are kept neat. I really have no complaints about living here! Review from 5/27/17 on Google
May 2017: Pros: Next to UTSA, had a 24 hour gym, pool, buses that run to UTSA, minutes away from HEB, clean most of the time, and cool maintenance. Cons: Basketball court is a part of the street, no hot tub, pet restrictive in lease (management may be good and work with You), small living space, small storage space, small common area, thin walls, terrible construction for rain, decently expensive. There is literally concrete 1 inch below the sand that sticks up and will hurt you while playing volleyball. Review from 5/21/17 on Google
May 2017: I lived here last year and my experience was awful. These apartments are downright disgusting. Imagine going to sleep and waking up every day in downtown Baghdad with more trash on the ground than dirt. This complex was never clean. Trash bins were stacked to the brim with roaches and raccoons scattering in every direction. I tried to get management do something and I was just ignored. You would be better off to pay for a sleeping bag and sleep under a bridge then pay to live here. Review from 5/17/17 on Google
May 2017: Tetro was going to be the place I wanted to live at until I noticed workers taking pictures of friends who were just with their dogs and also how poorly handled maintenance situations are. My friends have had the same issues in their apartment for about 4 months and nothing has been done to solve it. Another friend of mine has issues with her new roommates (who the management at tetro gave no warning about) and the new manager has done nothing to help. Review from 5/15/17 on Google
May 2017: I stayed at Tetro from August 2014- July 2015. The manager is impolite and unfriendly and for relatively new apartments everything is wrong with them. If you put in a work order to have something fixed, expect it to get checked out a month later, and fixed the month after that. There is like 5 visitor parking spots for the whole complex and the towing companies are there at 8pm sharp to tow anyone and everyone. If you live here, expect to have juicy unexpected charges to your account and problems with these makeshift apartments. Review from 5/12/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I have lived in tetro for one year and will not be returning for good reason. The management is extremely untrustworthy because they are constantly making promises that they do not keep. For example, I have been told multiple times that new guest parking will be added to to complex, however the only change that i have seen with the guest parking situation is a decreased amount of spots. Because of the lack of guest parking, many of my friends have been towed MULTIPLE times which results in a near $200 PAYMENT. Review from 4/28/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I love tetro! Ever since i moved in here, the staff has been nothing but helpful and very welcoming. Any issue that i have, they are always on top of making sure it gets fixed! Definitely going to renew! Thanks tetro for everything!!! I definitely recommend to any student to live here at this beautiful place! :) Review from 4/3/17 on Google
Jan 2017: The office staff needs more training when giving out information. Everyone should be saying the same thing. When asked in the office where can the visitor park, I was told along the fence where it says Guest Parking only. I came in late that night and parked to find out my car was gone the next morning. The staff never said look on the ground for the word GUEST. Who gets out and looks on the ground for this word (GUEST) at night My car was towed during my one day stay. **There is no lighting in the back apartments near the Guest PARKING and the dumpsters. (How dangerous is that?) I have never seen security on duty. ****SECURITY IS NEEDED**** Review from 1/3/17 on Google

Jun 2016: Of all the wrongs I experienced here, my biggest grievance against Tetro is my six month struggle with the management over a roommate who refused to stop smoking marijuana within our apartment. It should be noted that Tetro’s lease agreement contract specifically forbids the use of alcohol of drugs. This is what attracted me to the complex in the first place. In defiance of my verbal requests, my roommate smoked religiously, especially at night. The stench would awake me multiple times throughout the night from coughing fits, which severely disrupted my ability to get enough sleep to function. Review from 6/13/16 on Google
May 2016: The management has really changed for the better since last year. When you enter the office everyone is extremely nice and personable! They're always there if you have any issues and try to resolve them asap. Review from 05/15/16 on Google
May 2016: They have a wonderful staff that's very understanding and they work with you. They also go above and beyond for us who live here which is greatly appreciated! The complex is amazing too! The rooms here aren't anything like any other student living complex around here. Tetro as a whole is one of a kind an nobody compares!!! Review from 05/08/16 on Google
Nov 2015: If you don't like to party and are used to living in a quiet area, do not live here. We've experienced drunk frat guys knocking on our door at 4 am, peeking through our windows, parties from Weds.-Sun. It's just not a place for me. The walls are paper thin. If you live on the bottom floor, good luck. Not only can you hear the people on top of you but you can hear everyone on the next apartment. There are ants everywhere in our apartment, even though the place was just built two years ago. The beds are hard as rock so I strongly recommend buying a mattress topper before. Also, the roommates they pair you with are completely random. Review from 11/12/15 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2015: This Community is very friendly along with the staff and maintenance. Although pricey, you get what you pay for. Overall a pretty safe community for the college experience. can be quiet noisy at times around the pool and basketball area. But overall pretty great. Review from 10/7/15 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2015: Other than some late night noise and lack of lights near building 17 and other areas I love Tetro! The staff has been awesome and no major problems have occurred. When maintenance has been needed they arrive same day and are professional and considerate. Review from 9/21/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: Apartments are poorly made. I have cracks in my walls. Wall are thin, certain rooms are hotter than others, always glass in parking lot. I get other people's mail and the office still has not fixed this issue. There are not many community events like at other student housing apartments. There is always some issue with the computer lab and not being able to print. There is dog poo everywhere and trash. Review from 6/08/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2015: Tetro has terrible employees. They are extremely rude and lie to your face. Do not sign a lease and then expect to cancel it. They make it extremely hard for students to break a lease to move somewhere CHEAPER! Way too over priced for ---- living. Review from 5/13/15 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2015: Easily the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. Management does not care about your problems. no security even though they said we would. Loud parties and people fighting outside almost every weekend, so if you got to get up early on a weekend, good luck. Maybe they should stop using our money for give aways and do something to improve this place. One positive is the gates finally closed for the first time after living here for 9 months. Best part is maintenance is fast, that's the only good thing I got. Review from 4/24/15 on Apartment Ratings
