Hi, I was only 1 semester exchange student at UTSA from Korea. I didn’t want to stay at Universitu oaks, so I contract here for 1 year and now I’m subleasing this place for 6 month.
Because I have to go back to my country, I can give you many household things that I used : LED stand, blanket&pillow, dishes, Pots and Pans, elonged plug, knives and forks, detergents, closet hook, leftover A4 etc.
This place was so good to live. Nothing bothered me. There is 2 roomies and they were so kind.
I think the most good thing here was 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus stop. That spot is really close to my house. Also, Tetro village is the first 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus stop from UTSA so you can sit and go school any⌚time and they come every 5~ min.
other options inside : Comfortable A/C, Garage with auto-opening, 🚶 walk-in closet, washer&dryer well working, Big bathroom(IDK but my bathroom is biggest in this house), Bed with matris, 📺 tv, kitchen(everything would be prepare for you), sofa
othet options outside : 🏊 pool, kindful office, /7 studyroom with free printer(but you need paper and I can donate you some)
