Maverick Creek is near by and has an official UTSA 🚌 shuttle that stops in front of it. The lease is for a bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. The other roommate is very 🎇clean and open minded. There is one bathroom but the sinks (one for each roommate) are separate from it so if someone is using the shower, you’ll still have access to the sink and mirror. Comes furnished and I’ll pay the sublease fee. Only bill you have to pay is 💡electricity.
