Jan 2017: I lived at Hill Country Place for almost 4 years and that alone speaks for itself. The property is at a fantastic location close to campus. The HCP staff is amiable, professional, and always ready to help. Maintenance promptness to address issues with the apartment is exceptional. The apartment itself is wonderful and spacious. It has a layout that allows the best interaction with your guests during a social event.

Dec 2016: Absolute best Student Housing at UTSA! I've had my fair share of bad experiences with student housing but let me tell you this is the best place you will ever live. The staff go above and beyond to make their residents happy. I thoroughly enjoy living here. I've been living here 6 months now and just renewed my lease for the following year. I've never had a problem. The prices are great, the events are a lot of fun, the shuttle service is awesome - it runs from 7am until 10pm which is great! There is covered parking, a dog park, the rooms are big and spacious and you even get a 50" with Apple TV! Love love love it here!!!

Jun 2016: My daughter has been living here for 4 years. Ive always felt it was a safe for her to stay here. There's a shuttle so she didn't have worry about parking at UTSA, they let her have her dogs there, Front office staff has always been helpful and nice and management is always quick to clarify any necessary information. Wish we had know about this when she first moved to San Antonio.I love Hill Country!

May 2016: I love it at Hill Country! The staff is really awesome and they make sure to do everything they can so your experience is great. They put on a lot of fun events and give out free prizes. If you need something fixed maintenance is really quick with getting back to you and fixing what you need fixed. The apartments are fully furnished, and my favorite part is the memory foam mattress! They are super close to campus and also have a shuttle that is really handy since parking can be a pain on campus. I highly recommend Hill Country!

There is free 50 inch apple tv with hulu, netflix, and HBO, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fans, private rooms and bathrooms, patio, internet and shuttle services to UTSA. (Current resident Jan 30, 2016)
Sep 2015: Would you like a second set of parents? Do you like your privacy being violated on a frequent basis? Do you like trash and vomit on the staircases and sidewalks of your home? These thieves are preying two things: your understandable lack of experience in the adult world and your parents deep pockets. They will fine you for absurd things because they know your parents will pay. don't think for a second you will get your deposit back. Your car will be robbed in the un-policed, un-gated parking lot. Everything in the apartment is the cheapest they can possibly get away with. It's a cardboard shell of what a home should be. Avoid at all costs.

Aug 2015: They are the worst apartments do not sign that lease. They do not have proper management and their security is horrible, tv's and belonging go missing over night. The staff is horrible and the room mates are as well. RUN !

Jul 2015: No where in this apartment does it say parking for parking permits only. I went to a friends place and got my car towed for parking in a spot that was permit only. I looked all over the apartment and no where did it say permit only. Get some signs up before you get sued.
Review from 7/22/15 on GoogleJun 2015: Hill country place has been amazing to me! Every time I have a issue they help me right away! I love it here! It's also a great place to be active. The past 2 years I've participated in a 20K race hosted there, and there are beautiful trains to run at right by the complex. They also have a pet park for my puppy Dixie. HCP IS AWESOME! it's a home away from home definitely. I would recommend it to anyone who's not from the area and even those that are.

Jun 2015: Hcp has been great to me the past 2 years. I got to live with friends and make new ones at the same time. They hold all these cool events you wouldn't think an apt complex would: bonfires, pool parties, VSFS watch parties!Free Starbucks Coffee, a workout center with a little of everything and a dog park right next to the bike n hike trails?HCP made san antonio bearable :)

Jun 2015: First off, impeccable staff! Never before have I ever seen such a dedicated manager whom catered to my every need and went not only the extra mile, but above and beyond to see to it that I had a roof over my head. Regardless of not being within the time to officially move in, the staff here at Hill Country was able to accommodate the needs of not only me, but my 5 dim witted friends who gave them all the more of a headache on top of what they probably already had; adding onto this they were able to do so with ease and efficiently. Not to mention the maintenance staff is pretty on top of their game as well. Overall, one hell of a staff with one hell of a first impression. kudos to you guys! Can honestly and will definitely recommend Hill Country to my friends and fellow students.
