This apartment includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, high-speed internet, trash disposal, and water/sewer amenities as well as a full set of community features such as a resort-style 🏊 pool, -fitness center, dog park, business center, and more. Each apartment has a furniture package that includes a full-size bed, memory foam mattress, desk and chair, and dresser. The living room area includes a " flat panel 📺 tv, sofa, coffee table, entertainment stand, and barstools. The only thing not included in the price is the 💡electric bill which is evenly split between the 4 roommates which usually ranges from $-$ per month.
Hill Country Place offers free on-site parking for residents and guests, with reserved covered parking available for an additional cost of $.
Other transportation options include the university 🚍 shuttle, The runner, which picks up in front of Hill Country Place clubhouse and runs to the Ford lot on the UTSA campus, Monday-Thursday, 6: am-: pm, and Friday 6: am to 5: pm during Fall and Spring semesters. VIA Metropolitan Transit has a 🚍 bus stop nearby on campus that stops at The Rim, Shops at La Cantera, UTSA, and downtown San Antonio. A 🚴 bike share program is also offered.
