I am looking for someone to takeover my lease at Hill Country Place asap. The rental price is $ a month but that includes reserved covered parking right in front of the building!
Everything except 💡electricity is included in the rent. This includes hi speed wifi/internet (over mb/s), 🌊 water, in apartment washer/dryer, etc. The apartment is also fully furnished which includes a bed, desk and chair in the room as well as a couch and 📺 tv in the living area. The apartment was also just renovated in December so the floors, counters and cupboards are new!
The lease will last until August , and you will also need to sign a renewal as well.
Currently there are 3 other roommates, one 👨 male, one 👩 female and one nonbinary who are very friendly, quiet and 🎇clean.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
