It&#;s a renovated 4 bed/4 bath. The apartment is fully furnished, has an in-unit washer/dryer, stove and dishwasher in the kitchen, 🚶 walk-in closet, a first-story balcony, and parking available. It&#;s very close to UTSA and there&#;s a 🚌 shuttle that provides transport to and from UTSA.
The term is going to be from August -July . Rent is $/month. The only other payments would be energy and renters insurance. There are already 3 other roommates two 👩 girls and one 👨 guy (my 🏆best friends and a dog). Unfortunately I can’t afford to stay there any more and I need someone to sublease asap.
