I am currently looking to transfer my lease at Aspen Heights near UTSA, for Fall . It is a month lease. The house is the Boulder style 4 bedroom house located very close to the clubhouse which has an amazing 🏊 pool, a gym, 🎥 movie room, 🕶️ tanning, volleyball court, and basketball court. It is about minutes away from campus (2 miles). The house is sqft and is FULLY FURNISHED with all new appliances. There is free parking directly behind the house and free visitor parking in front of the house. A free🚌 shuttle is available to and from campus for students who prefer not to drive to campus.Washer and dryer are included. 🐕 pet FRIENDLY (one ⌚timefee). Very spacious living room and kitchen area. Large bedrooms which all have their own bathroom/shower. Balcony access! Trash is included in the rent, so only need to pay 💡electricity and 🌊 water separately.

There are 3 other roommates who will be living there as well, all 3 are my long ⌚time friends and are awesome, friendly 👨 guys to hang out with. Liam spends his ⌚time working and with his 💕 👩 girlfriend. Nick is a cyber security major and is very smart but ❤️loves to have a good ⌚time. Mike is on the football team and is also a cyber security major. All 3 ❤️love to spend ⌚time together as well as focus on getting their work and school work done, and are respectful of privacy and quiet during the week!
