Utility bill is split between you and two other roommates. This is a four bedroom however there are only 2 roommates at the moment. You do share a bathroom with one person but it is kept 🎇clean and I have had no issues with either of the roommates. They keep quiet and 🎇clean up after themselves.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
