Hey 👨 guys, I’m graduating and moving out in December so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Social in January. It’s a two-bedroom furnished apartment but only my room is available; My roommate is cool, and he keeps the place 🎇clean. I live on the st floor with a really nice view of the strip and campus. It’s an easy 🚶 walk to the strip and easy to drive (or take the free bus) to campus. My roommate even 🚶 walks to class. Price comes in at $ per month but that includes everything (cable/internet, utilities, gym + laundry access). Lease lasts until July but I will pay for your first month’s rent. I also just bought a new mattress for the bedroom which I will leave with you.
