I’m looking for somebody to take over my lease at Quarry Trail Student Apartments, very close (~7 min) to campus. It&#;s a year-to-year contract on one bedroom/bathroom in a 4 bed/4 bath unit for men, move-in on Aug , and it’s $ a month ($ rent plus flat $ fee for water) before 💡electric. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, a private bathroom, 3 🏊 pools, and a workout room. There is also a 🚌 shuttle to campus on weekdays for classes and weekend games.
