This apartment is located in Hudson on The Greenway Apartment Complex, conveniently located to I- and an easy commute to Downtown Knoxville, but removed enough from the city to be quieter.
Rent will be $ + utilities, 🌊 water and trash is included in that. There is in-building w/d across the hall from the apartment, and hookups in apartment if you want to bring yours. I am generally quiet and 🎇clean, the apartment is furnished aside from your bedroom. I socially 🍺drink and I do not smoke. I spend most of my ⌚time working, training my dogs, and just hanging out.
