Looking for a third roommate in established apartment at Copper Pointe for January - June .
Currently, myself (, 👩 female) + my friend (, 👨 male) and my cat reside together here. Our third roommate is leaving at the end of December, and thus will be leaving us with a vacant room.
You will be sharing a bathroom with the (, M) roommate, which is located in the hallway. There is a dining space, kitchen, laundry space, and living room. Currently, the living room + dining room ARE furnished by me, but new roommate would be more than welcome to bring their own things to decorate. The bedroom itself is not furnished. We split the 💡electric,internet, and rental on the clothes dryer equally three ways each month. 🌊 water + trash are included in rent and fluctuate, but your portion of rent wouldn&#;t be more than $. Our apartment complex has a 🏊 pool, yoga studio, gym, and coffee bar in the main office.
The apartment is a pretty calm and quiet atmosphere. It is located right off the Gallaher View exit and is very close to all kinds of amenities. It&#;s easy to get to UTK&#;s campus and downtown, as well as the Farragut area.
