Knoxville Renting. Looking for ANOTHER roommate in a 2-story-single family home. I am a Hispanic 👨 male, not married, and I have no pets.
The 2nd floor has a bedroom, full bath and its own loft all fully furnished. Thus, the photos. I will consider some unfurnishing. The bedroom set though cannot be moved. Mattress can be removed. I have a roommate occupying the 2nd floor for now, but I have had people who &#;ditched&#; the room and the 💰money given out-of-the-blue. So, I would advised to check this listing weekly. I prefer a student, but I will consider others.
I have another bedroom by the entrance, and a full bathroom next to it. That one you will have to bring your own furnishing. It definitely is for a student.
no photos because I am in the process of renovating the entire 1st floor. Right now, the room has a lot of boxes in it. Of course that will be moved if I find the right student. I also have a Sunroom at the back of my home that I do not use that the student can use as their own living room. Pics are uploaded, and there are some things in it that I will be donating—so there will be more room.
I will be the prevailing person using the 1st floor, obviously. So, I need a studious student as I was when I rented a room. I stayed in the room to study and to sleep—the rest of the ⌚time I was on campus or working. Also, this student needs to be 🎇clean, quiet, and respectful. Minimum is 3 months—I will work with the student&#;s semester schedule or the fast-tracks.
