We leased a space in the new Aspen Heights - Knoxville for my 👨 son to move-in on 8/. He found out all of his classes are now online and we cannot break lease. Our only option is to transfer to someone else. Aspen Heights is a brand new high-end complex with tons of amenities. The T runs directly in front, so you wouldn&#;t need to worry about parking on campus. There is a CVS on the ground floor. Lease is in a 4-bedroom (Boulder C) condo - and is for a fully-furnished bedroom with private bath (Room D). Shared fully-furnished living, dining and kitchen. Rent is $\Month (Garage Parking is additional $\Month). Utilities are extra, but was told by leasing agent that it would be no more than $\month. Willing to pay all transfer fees + first month rent.
