Mar 2018: So I fill out an application for a unit and we receive a different unit from the application. After we move in things are good for about two weeks when we somehow get a rat problem! Not only that but after letting one of the maintenance people know and bring him in to see the damage. He looks and finds a hole and then informs me that he will bring the manager. Manager never shows up until after going to the office for the third time..

Feb 2018: Just terrible management. We agreed to move into a unit on the second floor and paid 250 $ as application and admin fee. But just one day before the moving day they called me up and offered a unit on the first floor instead, saying that we could not get the one that we agreed on earlier ready. The unit they offered was pretty crappy and dirty and the bathroom was stinking terribly. We said what we have paid for is totally different than what you are offering as an alternative and we did not move in to such horrible place. They did not even give back our money although 100% of what happened was their fault. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Please DO NOT move here worst appartment ever!!! Getho, thief, roaches. They will offer you good deal to move in then still your deposit. The took $200 dollars holding fee from me. The manager there promise to give it back i still have not received it they gave a corporate# that don't work. I promise y'all I'll get my money back... i just haven't have the money to hire a lawyer yet.. disgusting place. Again take my advice do not move here. I called two days prior to filling out an application online, the lady was polite over the phone and told me that she would be there when i show up. Never seen her when i got there. Come to find out, i was denied on my application but they never sent the email telling me i was denied until i got there. So then i asked why i was denied, she prints up a paper stating why i was denied. the reasons why i was denied were not true at all, the paper stated that i was denied because of prior evictions and criminal convictions.... i have never been arrested or evicted. the lady didn't want to give me any other explanation on how to resolve this issue except calling a number that is way in California and they never Review from Google

This is the worst place that anyone could stay at. Last year when my daughter and I returned to Florida from California. We had a very hard time finding a place to live, so we found this place, even though there was a lot of work that needed to be done, we put our trust in the management. I really can't blame them for losing there job but they are supposed to fix their tenants apartment and they didn't, and it's time for us to move. They think about the outside more than the inside. Sure they have redone a few of the apartments, the ones that were empty but they would leave all the rest of them along. Dec 2017: The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered!! I saw the leasing advertisement on Craigslist so I contacted the office and spoke with an agent named April. She was very pleasant and helpful. Her courteous attitude and informative information convinced me to pay $99 dollars for an online application in order to hold a one bedroom apartment that was being offered at an excellent rate. April called and left me a voicemail the next day, Sunday, and informed me that my application was approved. I called her back Monday morning and scheduled an apartment showing for that upcoming Friday, December 22, 2017. Here is where the worst experience I have ever encountered took place.
I showed up at 1000 am for my walk through on Friday, December 22, 2017. May 2017: Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally. Generally a quiet neighborhood. Lots of renovations going, new owners take pride in their wirk and it shows. Been here for 4 years and love calling this place home!

May 2017: The management is not very good. They would take many days for completing one maintenance request. Pool is not open till night. It is accessible only mon-fri 9-6 and sat 10-2. By the time i get back home from work and classes, the pool is closed. It is closed on the weekends as well when almost everyone will be free to use the pool. Sometimes i feel that they are really good to people who are coming new to see the place and the new leasing people. But, they forget to give the same hospitality to already residing people who have been residents of this place since couple years. There is dog poop at many places like lawns and open spaces.

In the beginning of my lease, I had problems with bugs,
Maintenance and management are very unprofessional and rude,
On March 2016, my water heater was on fire because of a poor installation. Staff and maintenance did nothing after the accident,
Gym and laundry rooms are closed and they do not tell when they will be open again
The whole apartment complex has a serious problem with water. For more than 3 months, they would shut down the water without notice,
It took them 5 months to give my deposit back.

When I came in I did so because my apartment was right next to the club house & I had easy access to the amenities . 3 months no club house no laundry no pool and no gym . The management does not care and simply says that amenities were just a courtesy . I would urge all residents of Willow Brooke to get together and sue these thieves.
Review from 11/10/16 on GoogleOct 2016: Completely run down apartments. I'm honestly surprised these people are allowed to rent them out. I had a hole in my roof that wasnt repaired for almost a month. Cockaroches were basically impossible to eliminate because the had infested most units. The cherry on top was having to pay almost $800 fee on top of my deposit when I moved out because of all the issues the place had ALREADY when I moved in to it. These apartments were built in the 1970s and they have had zero to no maintenance to the interiors. I think the best thing they can do at this point is demolish them.

May 2016: I am still living in here and planning to move soon once my agreement ends. This is my 2nd year stay and now this place is totally disgusting. This place had a good management and new management came about 6 months ago. The new management is such an immature, unprofessional group. They still do not have a proper online paying system and keep sending dues time to time even after paying the bill. It is so distracting to costumers who pay on time (the amount mentioned in the web). This new management doesn't have a proper water billing system either.

May be it was, with the previous management (according to what i hear from others), but not with the current one. Since I got here i received a utility charge of around $55 for two months and for the last month it was $67, which is highly unacceptable. Two people are registered for 1bed/1bath apartment. According to what I hear, under the previous management , this was around $30-35.

Dec 2015: This place was great, quiet, uneventful. Then the new management happened. The kids playground has caution tape on it, the new residents, you can't trust any of them. They are sketchy, they all want to sell drugs, there are gunshots in the night. The office called one of these people, and told them I filed numerous complaints and called the cops on them, when I never did. Even if this person does have these complaints and police reports, don't tell them who called on them, especially if it's a lie. I'm not waiting for my lease to be up. I'm getting out of here before the office gets me or my children in anymore trouble.

Maintenance is not the best, they do not pay too much attention to the problem, As a result they do mediocre work, which means you require multiple maintenance request and effort to get the problem fixed. Office staff is courteous though.

The fitness center is out of order almost all the time. Some places flood during a heavy rain. Poor pest control doesn't keep the roaches away. Should provide more value for what we pay.
