Hi, Loading...

Oct 2017: Clean, quiet, friendly place to live. I love the fact that I have a fenced backyard. Very pet friendly. Maintenance is on top of the things they have control of. Lawn service is offered for a small fee to maintaining your backyard. It's a bit mid to high on the price range but it's worth it. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Multiple code and health department violations. Serious mold issues. Do not get sucked in! We have not even had drinkable water for more than a week!
Dec 2016: Poor management, serious mold health issues, decline of the neighborhood cops in here every night police helicopters flying over on a regular basis spotlights in my yard. not worth want they want to charge. Review from 12/26/16 on Google
Nov 2016: These are the worst apartment's I think I have ever lived in. We have constant issues with our plumbing and maintenance half fixes everything. Rats are a HUGE problem. They are in our home and the office has done nothing about it. So if you want a bunch of problems with a high rent then this is the place for you! Review from 11/12/16 on Google
Apr 2016: ***UPDATE*** 4/19/16 The new management is in the process of making improvements to the community. They took the time out and came to our home, really listened to concerns and complaints, and stated they would address each one of them. The fences in the community will all be replaced within the next 2-3 months, they are replacing several roofs (including ours), updating the interiors, and ensuring that all maintenance issues are properly addressed. I will update this review again once all of the issues have been handled. 4/13/16 We paid a deposit for our place 3 months in advance because no units were available (lived here since 2014). We were only shown the model and another unit that had been updated somewhat. Review from 4/19/16 on Google
Apr 2016: THIS REVIEW IS LONG FOR A REASON. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We have been living here for 3 years now and we cannot wait until we are finally able to move out! At first we though the place was really cute and affordable. Then, the shiny wore off. Let's start with the inside, shall we? The paintjob on the walls is just HORRIBLE. It looks as though they have painted a layer after layer after layer and then smeared patches of additional paint where the wall cracked/was drilled into. It seems they didn't care to even smoothen it out so it looked okay. The same thing goes for the kitchen cabinets and pantry - repainted over and over, and sticky because they didn't allow the paint to dry. Review from 4/13/16 on Google
Sep 2015: Save your money and your belongings and go elsewhere. This poor excuse for an apartment community is a disgusting, decaying money pit. They charge you an exorbitant amount for rent and do little to upkeep your apartment. Esther her useless cronies in the front office are rude, incompetent and lacking good moral character. They'll sell you a place to live by showing you the model and telling you water is included. Do not fall for this. Water is included on the actual paper statement you receive in the mail, but you are charged extra for it--along with an administrative fee every month. We had to push to see the actual unit because they don't routinely show you the until after you sign the lease. Shady. Review from 9/29/15 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2015: Have lived here 10+ years and have watched the complex go down hill. Rents no longer include trash, individual metered water, charge now for sending out a bill monthly. Maintenance is not done in a timely and proper manner...it is "band aid " temporary fixes at best with a high turn over of maidenhead staff that are less knowledgeable. If maintenance says they will be back next day they do not return and you have to place another maintenance request. Rent total keeps going up with water now divided by number of units with cost of water. They do not repainted peeling paint or replace carpet and/or vinyl until you move out and they refurbish for new tenant. Review from 8/5/15 on Apartment Ratings

Apr 2015: Our move to Wildwood Acres was not the smartest thing we have ever done. I had planned to go into great detail of how bad it was but instead I will just give you a few helpful things you should know before signing your lease. 1. Your apartment will NOT be the size you were told on the phone. (I was told 1200sq ft for a 2bed/2bath..**TRUTH,,.that is only if you include non living spaces and the back yard). 2. Your apartment will NOT have hard wood floors as promised... the flooring is hard wood look a like linoleum..pretty but NOT hard wood. 3. All Pest Control is included. You will be informed that pest control comes every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Review from 4/23/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Feb 2015: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... The backyard and location is great... the staff is not... the units are old but updated with cabinets that don't have any space... The ac unit has broken 5 times in 6 months and been replaced piece by piece until they actually changed out the unit which still doesn't work... maintenance does not fix things but rigs things to work for a bit until they break... for instance we had minor flooding due to an unknown issue that we called in every month but the never really inspected the problem and assumed it was a normal leak... 1 month later I come home to 2 inches of water and ruined furniture.
