Hi, Loading...

Jul 2017: This property is now under new management and you can tell they are really making this place the best it can be! I really love the staff in the office. They are extremely nice and helpful. If I was staying in Tampa I would 100% live here again.
May 2017: This has been the literal worst living experience of my life. From crappy roommates who smoke cigarettes in the supposedly smoke-free apartment, to the roaches, the gate that never opens, the sink faucet that doesn't have get above a wimpy dribble, the shower that doesn't drain AT ALL, and don't even get me started on the god awful front office staff. I called about my shower, the faucet and my smoke detector that has been beeping for 24 hours and they continue to tell me it will be 48 hours to process this service request. May 2017: As great as they make this place seem from the outside looking in it's really not. The management does not really care for its residents, the matinence is not done in timely manners and the overall experience is not great. We requested an audit on our air conditioning and electricity because every month we were experiencing overages in the electricity we were alotted and the audit was never done. Feb 2017: Great place. Close to school, plenty of parking, always have social events for residents, units are big and clean. Things get fixed when you ask. Front office could be more helpful
Dec 2016: Apartments are way overpriced for what they give you. Many parties which is alright but, your neighbors WILL steal your things and the venue won't do anything about it. Also the front desk girl Bria is soooo rude and very unhelpful. When asked anything shes gets rude and snotty but let a parent walk in and she's a blooming flower. Ive even asked if I can schedule an appointment or get a number to speak with the manager and she told me a lie that says "the manager doesn't have a # all calls come through here" Ive asked to transfer many times to a new apartment within the venue complex and Ive been told each time I ask that "we are 98% full" Every Time there is throwup on the elevator or floors. Nov 2016: I have lived here for a month and really like the property and what is has to offer. Great location and very clean amenities. I will say that maintenance and staff is very nice but also very unorganized. Moving in to the apartment we had about 7 or 8 maintenance requests that were not properly fixed until almost 3 weeks of living here. Overall, great property and clean rooms. I would recommend updating some appliances and counter tops. Review from 11/5/16 on Google
Mar 2016: enue at North Campus is a Terrible and Terrible Place! The rent is too high, thus why I think Venue doesn't wanna show the price on their website. The rent for my place, 4x4 last summer 2015, is $645 and plus another $20 for parking area. $665 per Each Month for a cheapest place in Venue! and Not including the fee for insurance and signing up, which might cost you another $500! Yes, Venue is close to USF campus, but you could choose to live 4050 Lofts, which is cheaper, maybe more quiet and just next to Venue. The distance won't take you more than 3 minutes! If it comes to summer and you wanna sublease your room, you will be regarded! The rent is too high and you will be the last one to get subleased your room. Review from 3/24/16 on Google
Feb 2016: This is a wonderful place to live at.. It's close to campus and always has events and prizes that they give out throughout the year. I was living at another place not too far away and the staff there didn't treat me nearly as nice as the staff here. If you're looking to find a place close to campus you should definitely consider living here. Review from 2/16/16 on Google

Feb 2016: I lived at many different places around USF, and Venue has been my favorite so far. It has a good vibe and friendly staff that is very understanding. They also routinely do check ups and allow for a great student experience. They are a well known company (grey star) and they definitely make students their priority. Review from 2/1/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Moved out a few months ago and I would NEVER COME BACK HERE. When I moved in, the furniture was damaged and apartment was not cleaned (My roommates and I were charged for these damages when we moved out). Two months into my lease, the AC broke. It took several maintenance requests to get someone to fix it. However, when they showed up, they weren't able to figure out what was wrong for A MONTH. Maintenance had to go in and out of our apartment (without giving us a time frame of when they would be coming). The apartment as a whole is very unsanitary. Review from 11/19/15 on Google
Oct 2015: I moved out a few months ago when my lease ended. Parties went on until 3am on weeknights, my appliances broke constantly and it took a month for my washing machine to be repaired, I was promised a pet friendly apartment and then paired with a roommate who was allergic ans was told that if I bring my cat I will be evicted. There was a hole in my door when I moved in, the carpet was disgusting, the floors were permanently dirty and the faux leather couches shed. The elevators and gates broke constantly and the hallways/stairwells/everything was never clean. I even got stuck in the elevator once. The whole place reeked of vomit, alcohol and marijuana. Review from 10/24/15 on Google
Oct 2015: These people run this place like absolute crap. Let's go over a few basic problems here: There has been a rotting pile of vomit in my stairwell for three months, I have put multiple service requests in to have them clean it and they have done nothing about it. Instead, they put letters in everyone's mailboxes asking us to stop throwing up and pissing in the hallways. The elevators are broken and instead of using the insane amount of money we pay to fix them, they give us "taco tuesday" and "weenie wednesday." Review from 10/17/15 on Google
Aug 2015: DO NOT LEASE HERE. They will act all friendly and nice, but the second you have signed a lease all they care about is money. So many hidden fees they never told me about. I have never felt more lied to or scammed! They are beyond rude. Review from 8/1/2015 on Google
Jul 2015: he living experience here has been great here and the maintenance staff is awesome. However, the lack of common courtesy from some of the residents has diminished the experience (i.e throwing up in the hallways, throwing pool chairs into the pool etc.) Review from 7/10/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2015: Renewed for next year. Maintenance requests are done quickly. The staff is more than willing to help with anything that is needed. People complain about it being dirty but will not call the office about it, when I do it is cleaned within the hour. Overall great experience and the best student housing will get! Review from 7/1/2015 on Google
May 2015: DO NOT LIVE HERE! My experience here has been a nightmare. 90% due to management 10% due to partying. The management has absolutely no concern for their residents. They will ignore any issues you have if it is an inconvenience for them. As soon as new residents move in, their only concern is finding new residents for the next year. They spend our rent money on giving away free things such as cruises and up to $200 gift cards to potential future residents rather than using it on amenities current residents could enjoy. If you have an issue with something in your apartment, including maintenance requests, they will do nothing to fix it.
Aug 2014: This is where the party is at, but that could be good or bad. Great place to hang out and meet other fellow college friends, but bad place if you want some peace and quiet. new community, built in 2012. So first dibs on furniture that hasn't been worn out yet :)
