Hi, Loading...

Nov 2017: Do not live here. They over charge you for basically everything. Some months I end up paying over $700. It is absolutely disgusting and kitchen is so small. Service is awful and the workers know little too nothing. I am so mad Iived here and got conned out of money every month.
Oct 2017: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Staff is no help, maintenance is just as incompetent as the front office workers. Your work orders will not be fulfilled. You think the rent isn't bad and then they charge you with overages for $160 but won't tell you what it is for. I'm disgusted with the way the staff treats it's residents.
Oct 2017: i would stay as far away from this place as you can. trust me it is not worth any of your time at all :/ Review from Google
Jul 2017: one of worst place. unhelpful employees. Parking trap everywhere Review from Google
Jun 2017: Nice place to live that's close to USF and the interstate. Apartments are pretty big for student housing and maintenance was usually good. Only 2 buildings so the community is relatively quiet but it does have good amenities for its size. Only reason I moved is we didn't have enough roommates anymore and they only have 4 bedroom apartments. I would definitely recommend living here. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: There service are horrible. Told them to replace my bed because it was broken. It's been 4 month haven't replaced it. My back is hurting from sleeping on it. I have to sleep on the floor. They always Oh we dont have money for it to order it. Really for 4 months! don't have money. Roaches in the kitchen and they come into the rooms. They do not even do the pest control inside the house. It should be done in once in a while. Also, pets are in the pool too. Review from 5/26/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Do not live here. If they tell you they can help you sublease your apartment, they are lying. I literarily signed my lease in May. I was not able to move in August. They promised to help me, but I had to pay 6 months of rent for a place I wasn't living at. Also once I finally made back to Tampa in January my apartment was trashed. No wonder I could never get it subleased. There was ashes everywhere and broken glass all over the place. Over priced. You will not find another worst place than this, and if you do it will be cheaper at least. They just got new management, and acquired college court and it seems that it is too much for them to handle. Only two maintenance guys for two buildings. My room mate who had to move back home has been paying her rent the entire year, no help with getting it subleased. All they care about is your money. DO NOT SIGN THAT LEASE!
Mar 2017: I've lived here since August 2016 and I would definitely recommend it. I have no complaints living here and would definitely resign to stay if I was not graduating. After living at other apartment complexes and even on campus, this is by far the most I've enjoyed where I live. The apartments are more spacious than others and include a guest bathroom and laundry room along with a balcony for the common area. The rooms themselves offer a large closet, bathroom, and the furniture provides lots of storage space, as well. Review from 3/14/17 on Google

Jan 2017: Miles above any other apartment establishment in the USF area! Friendly and accommodating staff, superb maintenance crew, clean and well kept pool area and the list goes on. Overall a fantastic place to live for a reasonable price! Review from Google
Dec 2016: hese people that work there are among the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. I lived there for 2015-16 and I stepped in my room and it felt like going back to the 80's with a dinosaur TV and appliances that ran the cost to live there up because they were so outdated and inefficient. Aside from that the living room carpet was stained, there was a huge roach infestation, my shower had some sort of mold growing on the wall that they never took care of (they just laughed and said "it's probably nothing"), our guest bathroom toilet was round and the toilet seat was oval (i know its a small detail but as a paying customer my room should look normal) and good luck getting through a week without hearing the fire alarm go off. Review from 12/16/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Do not waste your time renting here. The overages and fees are insane, the staff is rude and there is absolutely no visitor parking. When my room mates and I moved in there was a case of black mold, we had to continuously have pest control come in, and the washer wasn't fixed until 5 months later after putting in multiple maintenance requests. The proximity of campus is convenient, but the headaches of talking to clueless staff isn't worth it. Review from 3/10/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jan 2016: I've been living at Campus Club for about 6 months now and I would have to say my only complaint would be the overages. Each person living in the 4 person apartment has a $30 cap for electricity, and every month everyone is charged upwards of almost $20 in overages. Other than that, I really enjoy living here! Review from 1/21/16 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: DO NOT LIVE HERE! They give overages for anything and EVERYTHING. Not understanding staff whatsoever. They are not willing to work with you, which is so unfair. No visitor spots, so want friends over? too bad. They will get towed. Review from 12/8/15 on Google
Nov 2015: Living here is the worst. $550 a month per room and the wifi is always broken. If it is working it's slow as hell. The water pressure literally just trickles out on the showers. good luck having your parents over or any friends cause the six visitor parking spots fill up every day. And they do tow. Also if you live on any other floor but the ground level prepare to occasionally use the elevator cause that also only works about two times a semester. Their maintenance never comes to get rid of the wasps nest I have on my balcony it looks like poop/dirt has been thrown against the wall that has been called in twice in the last month that is still there. Review from 11/27/15 on Google
Sep 2015: I visited a friend here who just moved in and it was my first time visiting. I pulled in through the visitor lane and then parked in one of the many unmarked parking spots. I visit with my friend and two hours later leave, only to find my car gone. I looked around in all of my visible areas and there was not one no parking sign so I was like OH NO, my car has been stolen because their gates to the premises are not closed even though it is at night. I call 911. My car was towed.... I walked around the parking lot and there are towing signs, but only in front of yellow marked off areas that say NO PARKING/tow so any person would think the signs are for this specific area. Review from 9/26/15 on Google
Jul 2015: I've only been here a few weeks, but I really like it here! My only complaint would be maintenance. They're really slow to respond to any maintenance request, even emergency ones. Review from 7/1/2015 on Google
May 2015: I like the apartments, my closet is huge. The parking sucks but residents always have a space. The apartments really are the biggest anywhere around here, and the community is small so management knows who you are when you walk in the office. i also love the location. Review from 5/30/2015 on Google
Apr 2015: I like the apartment and the management, but i feel like the maintenance could be better and the events aren't really that fun. the parking pretty much sucks but residents always have a space. the apartments really are the biggest anywhere around here, and the community is small so management knows who you are when you walk in the office. i also love the location.. its a little bit further away so theres not always traffic or like 5000 people walking around. theres 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths Review from 4/7/2015 on Google
