Brand new apartment just across Fletcher Ave from main campus. Makes a minutes 🚶 walk to campus Publix, and another minutes to the library. A D2 floor plan comes with two ⛄ fridges, so you’ll at least have half a ⛄ fridge to yourself. Being the complex is brand new, so are all appliances and amenities are as well. I’ll admit I haven’t seen the room in person, but the complex is attractive and I know the 🏊 pool is gonna be a real plus this year. The entire staff has been very helpful this summer and I’m sure you will have the same experience. 1 semester sublease is possible as well.
