Hi, Loading...

Apr 2017: I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I've enjoyed all of my experiences. The office used to be realllly slow about letting me know when I got mail, but that has improved significantly. It's very quite and I enjoy the renovations that have been made. Review from 4/20/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I've been a resident now almost two years, but my lease is up in July. This place is really nice if you like a quiet, nice atmosphere. The maintenance staff is super friendly and efficient, the grounds are beautiful, and there have been new renovations that have been great! I recently used the new pool furniture and it was a great day. The room sizes are a little small and although they are a pet-friendly complex, I hate the thought of big dogs living in such tiny apartments. Review from 4/5/17 on Google
Mar 2017: Though it's kind of messy with painting and updates occurring, living at ULake is much better since Trinity bought it. I've been here a year and a half and have already renewed through summer of 2018. There are frequent resident events now and it's pretty enjoyable. I have not had any issues with office staff since being here, they've all been pretty nice. I truly enjoy living here (and the price doesn't hurt either)! The biggest drawback is the occasional water shutoff with very little notice (and it'll be out for hours at a time). Review from 3/20/17 on Google
Dec 2016: I have lived here for 3 years and have loved the experience. The front office is great! They put on a lot of events for the residents and are always very helpful. Monica is super sweet! Maintenance team is great here, as well, they take care of work orders within a timely manner. Review from 12/30/16 on Google
Dec 2016: I have been a resident here for the past three and a half years. I am very happy in my 1/1 and I love the new property upgrades taking place. The staff is fantastic. Monica and Lauren are wonderful people and the rest of the staff is great too. Review from 12/20/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Stayed here for a little under a year while I was going to two different HCC campuses. The community right next store is a little crazy and so are a lot of apartments near USF, but this was a really laidback place. The staff was great, the people I interacted with who live in this community are all pretty great. Definitely a community for people who want to get work/studying done rather than party like crazy. Saw a lot of families here too. Only issues I had were that they disabled the AC several times community wide cuz it got cold out. Review from 4/16/16 on Google
Mar 2016: Staff is super friendly and oh so helpful. You get a lot for what you pay for. I love it here. Review from 3/20/16 on Google
Mar 2016: I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely the worst place to live. Currently sitting in about 80 degrees because they turned of the AC for a couple of days. They are constantly turning off the hot water, constantly turning off the water in general. Cut off half the parking lot for a period of time and had to walk all the way from the entrance to the back of the complex. Just overall horrible place to live. Would not recommend at all, spend your money where it will be worth it a month. Just constant problems that I'm not paying almost 600 a month to deal with on a normal basis. Nov 2015: I have been living here for a year and a half. What got me to live here was this complex being the only to offer unlimited utilities. Other apartments are really expensive for a one bedroom and water and electric aren't included and neither are cable or internet. This complex includes cable and internet from brighthouse which is really fast. it has the basic channels included but i upgraded it for 20$ extra a month which is not bad for all the expanded channels. Each apartment has their own wifi router so no sharing so it's really fast. The one bedroom is only like 550 sq ft which is really small. it's only myself and my dog living here but i find myself to be needing more space. Review from 11/27/15 on Google
Jul 2015: Worst mistake I ever made was moving here. The office staff are completely useless, the matiness staff is nice but take forever or don't bother fixing the small things it has to be an emergency for them to get anything done. They advertise having three pools but two are green and one is empty. The gym... If you could call it a gym... has broken equipment. The actual apartment itself is small, dark, and super cold all the time. The only nice thing to look at is the lake. Then someone died and now all I think of is watching the dead body get dragged out. I would not recommend living here it is a total waste of money. Review from 7/10/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: I dont regret it moving here, been living with family for a while when I decided it was time to move by my own. The front office is pretty friendly and willing to find a reasonable solution to any problem in the unit. The maintenance fix things in a good amount of time. They have couple of pools, 24hr gym, tennis court, beach volleyball court, basketball court, pet friendly. People kept to themselves. I really enjoy my apartment, the rent is a reasonable for college students. Every now and then they have raffles, free food or other activities for the tenants, they sure like to keep their people happy. Review from 6/24/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2014: Recently renovated, you get not ONE but THREE swimming pools, a new basketball court, and volleyball court. They are bringing the beach to you. Some renovations inside the apartments may still need to be worked on so just check your apartment when you move into make sure the windows are sealed and the pipes are closed, but other than unlimited utilities is always a plus.
