Jan 2018: Choosing to live at the Vintage Lofts is easily the WORST decision I ever made. I wish someone would have told me to go to Havana Square or Noho Flats instead. Seriously, live anywhere except here. Spending the extra $50 or whatever to live anywhere else, would have been well worth it. IMPORTANT: If you look at the reviews many of the recent ones are “5 stars†but that’s just because the staff offered free bucs tickets to anyone who did that. The pictures look nothing like what the complex actually looks like. The complex is an absolute dump and the staff never seems to know what is going on. Over the course of 12-months the carpet was put down incorrectly, our washing machine broke 4 times, my shower door fell off, my roommates window fell out of the wall, and the list goes on. Dec 2017: Great staff, very professional, awesome service. I highly recommend this place! Yvonne and her staff made the process painless and I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of quality service I have recieved. Minor maintenance issues were resolved in a professional and timely matter. The apartments have nice layouts. Great amenities (pool, hot tub, 24 hour gym with a cool view to name a few) The location is very convenient as you are minutes from downtown and SOHO. don't let the negative reviews discourage you as it is absolutely no reflection of my personal experience! Aug 2017: Office staff Joel told me visitor parking is 3rd floor ramp and above. Then they towed my rental car from the ramp when my car was being serviced. They must have a deal with the tow company! Tell you your guests can park on the ramp and tow your car. No hot water, hallway lights out, safety buzzers don't work. Save your money. Rent some place else! Unless you like your car and your guests cars towed constantly. Then by all means rent here!
Nov 2016: Lived here for about 8 months now and I have no complaints. Maintenance was fast the two times I needed something and I've made friends just by hanging out at the pool. The hot tub is a bonus I didn't think I'd use because the tub is so big in my room but I've found myself down there pretty often the past couple weeks. My yorkie loves the dog park and people here are friendlier than other places I've lived. The reviews honestly almost made me not even want to look here but I'm glad I did because I don't pay much and it's a lot nicer than people say.

Nov 2016: Not only is the management and staff courteous, but this location is perfect... It is maybe 2 min to the highway, 2 min to hyde park/south Tampa, and probably 3 min to downtown... The facility is clean, the courtyards, pool, dog park, grilling areas are always on point and kept clean.. Grounds keepers are always cleaning and re-painting to keep the look pristine, Maintenance is quick, and there is always someone to help with any problem... The reason I live here is Not just because of location, and amenities, or Joel and Yvonne with management, but for the sole fact they have everything a student/younger working professional would need.... I don't often review, but I felt VINTAGE LOFTS deserved it... It truly is an AMAZING PLACE, you wouldn't regret it.

Mar 2016: Please learn from our mistake. BIG BIG mistake. On average we call the never on site security once a week for entitled collage students parties, running down the hallways and knocking on wrong door. The walls are so thin a super model would be in envy. Management Idea of fixing the the problem is having the party come say sorry. Professionals beware of this place. The should change the name to Sleepless at the west end. Sad that we signed a 15 month lease.

Negative reviews about noise, construction, etc, should not reflect a complex or its leasing staff. If you can't handle a pool party, rent a house! You are 2 blocks from UT, what do you expect? However, it has been really quiet so far.

I must say with all the complainers on here I was very wary to sign a lease here but I visited the building on the weekend and it never got too crazy loud as some reviewers claim. I talked to 4 random people to see how they liked the place and they said that they haven't had any issues with noise or safety. This place is the newest apartment complex in South Tampa at only 2 years old and it shows! The architecture of the buildings, courtyards, and interiors is very modern! The gym is surprisingly big and is very impressive for an apartment complex. They have pool tables in the club house room and even a jacuzzi. This place has a great location Close to Downtown, Hyde Park, UT, and i275. The staff keeps the place very clean at all times.

Sep 2015: The Vintage Lofts is a great place to call home. From the first day I called them to inquire about availability, the staff was incredibly helpful. I had many questions, concerns from the reviews, and special needs, but they exceeded my expectations while assisting me with everything. It is in a great location (close to everything, and super convenient for me to hop on the highway), has fabulous amenities, and spacious apartments. Of course there is noise on the weekends, but nothing intolerable!

Sep 2015: Worse place to live in Tampa. This place cares little of the tenants and only tries to take as much money as possible from each person. If i could give this place no stars I would. there are cockroaches everywhere and every apartment is cheaply made. You can hear your neighbors very clearly and filing a noise complaint does nothing because they just throw it away. Not only is it a terrible place to live its one of the most expensive places to live for college students with only a few good amenities being the pool and complimentary trash service.

Aug 2015: The walls are paper thin! When I say that you can hear everything.... I mean everything. Thank God we were on the end of the hall, so we only had to hear one neighbor, but that was more than enough. The 'construction' of this place scared the heck out of me. When they removed a staircase because the wood was rotten, showed me that supervision is non-existent both for construction and security.The UT students??! don't even go there. It is the worse environment, anywhere. NOT upscale, just isn't. They want you to believe that it is, but it isn't.Cars get broken into a lot because you are only 5 blocks from the 'hood'.

Initial visit is fine just like any other place but as the days add up you can really see that your not getting your moneys worth;1. Noisy pool area2. Maintenance well below par (elevator is more like a sauna no a/c)3. Staff response time and response itself are both terrible. 4. Failure to tell me or to inform me of ALL these fees (regarding accommodation)There are many more reasons but I do not have the time or the need to continue, just wanted to at least try and help out one person because this situation should never be imposed to anybody!
