HI everyone! I am looking to sublease my room at The Standard from December/January to July. It is a private room (with its own bathroom) and the biggest room in the apartment. The room is in a 5 bedroom, but there is only one other person currently living there- so if you have friends you want to live with, there is empty rooms! It is also on the fifth floor, and garage parking will be included. I am willing to work with you and your price range. The apartment layout is attached. (Bottom left room)
