I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Standard. You&#;d be able to move-in mid-December with December rent already paid for.
My apartment is a 5x5 that is completely furnished with a private room/bathroom. The unit has a built-in washer/dryer, a dishwasher, cable, and internet access. Original rent is $ but I got a promotion that brings the price down to $/month. The Standard was just built and it is the newest apartment near campus. It has a lot of amenities including a ROOFTOP 🏊 pool, GYM, 🕶️ tanNING BED, 🍔 grillS with a virtually unlimited supply of propane for all of your cooking needs free of charge, -hour study rooms, and a shopping center across the street which features 🍔 restaurants such as Chipotle, First Watch, and Tijuanna Flats, and a supermarket. The Standard is 🚶 walking distance from campus, but there is also a Bull-runnerstop in front of the building.
