Sep 2018: Just moved into my apartment at Aberdeen and my experience was great ! You never know what your gonna get when you move into a new apartment. Yanira at the office was kind enough to show me the actual apartment I was moving into ! Everything was freshly painted carpets were clean and over all for the price it is nice! Very quiet ! They are under new management and things take time to fix as these apartments been around a long time! I encountered a problem with my ac the first night and maintenance came right away! They ordered a new ac it came less then a week and they put a portable AC for me during the wait! Yes I have read the reviews and I can honestly say I don’t see roaches and haven’t experienced any of what the reviews say! Looking to make this my home hopefully for a few years and I can honostly say I sleep good and feel safe wa Review from Google
Sep 2018: Horrible community. Full of roaches and lizard inside apartment. Most of the power sockets do not work. Dish washer does not work. Nothing works properly. Rain for an hour and the community is under water. No proper maintenance. Maintenance requests are pending for weeks. Not only for the apartment but for the community as well. Gym is available only during office hours i.e 9am to 6 pm which is ridiculous. Rude Management. Will never suggest to anyone. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I have lived here for one year the property management changed only once .since the change when I have a work order its done right away ,and the girls in the office are nice ,like Janet she has helped when i had any questions. Looks like they are upgrading the property. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Was evicted after coming across hard times as a broke college student. Office manager (heavyset hispanic woman with short black hair) had her guys snip the cords on every single one of my electronics, and throw all of my stuff OVER THE BALCONY. While I’m standing there asking if they could set it outside, as I had a moving truck. They refused and watched and laughed as I cried trying to collect my things as they threw them over the balcony. Filing a police report, these people are heartless and will have to answer to god one day. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Management has the most dumb founded look when asking questions. I'm looking for a new place to live and I was first sent to the most ghetto looking sister place ever and the office was closed when she told me it was open. Came back. Saw how they treated there tenant right in front of me. I would never live here and I will make sure that everyone I know and further find that out too. Ps didn't want to show me a show room. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Management is horrible they will try anything to get over tried to make me pay full month of rent when i moved out on 10th then stated that I never gave them my notice to leave in writing because they didnt think I had copy of it. Door to my property was tampered with and unless this is a last resort would not move in no matter how they try to make the move in sweet offering free first months and flat screen TV. Also keep all paperwork multiple times they will "loose" paperwork that directly goes against what they are saying or trying to enforce BEWARE Review from Google
Feb 2018: I am a current tenant here and feel they charge too much for the quality of their apartments. You're paying rent for the lizards and roaches that occasionally visit. I had a BAD plumbing problem when I first moved in. I kept reporting to the office that the apartment stinks and the sinks were clogged. One day, the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen EXPLODED with black stuff. They came to see about the problem AFTER I raised hell and told them what happened. The complex has only ONE dumpster where EVERYONE dumps their trash. There are no washer and dryers in the units and the washers and dryers in the so-called on-site laundromat barely work at times, so you have to go to a local laundromat. I keep a VERY clean home but somehow LIZARDS and ROACHES find their way into your home and are found in the closets, cupboards and the dishwasher. But Review from Google
Feb 2018: Beware - there are hidden fees and charges, and roaches and flooding, and leaks and addicts, and incompetent administration, and one garbage area for the entire complex, and a radioactive swimming pool (lol kidding, but I wouldn't touch that pool floor if you paid me to). Also, if you're drawn by the gated community concept...don't kid yourself, I've lived here for 2 miserable years and the gates are just for show, they are in no way protective or operable. One rainy night, my cousin was asleep in her bed (she lived in a top floor apartment), when her ceiling began dripping onto her bed sheets and she eventually woke to the sensational sight of her wet moldy ceiling crumbling into her face. (She reported the flooding 3 times before the hole opened, and they told her she's on a waiting list; she broke her lease, moved out the next day, and was Review from Google

Feb 2018: after living there for 2 years and I was on a month to month. I went to the office 3 times to renew my lease. I sent the info required before I moved out. they still wanted to charge me over $2000 in fees. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Was a guest here and they tried to tow my car with out leaving a 24 hour notice first like they are supposed to "according to the lease". I was only in the parking lot for 2 hours. If your registration sticker is out date by even a few days, just expect them to tow you. If you happen to catch them lifting your car up before you have a chance to put the sticker on, you'll be charged $65 cash to drop your car, even though they have no right to tow it because "I should have read the lease". I don't LIVE HERE SO I don't HAVE THE LEASE. Do yourself a favor and keep at least $65 cash on ya since they're pulling fast ones on everyone, even your guests. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The office staff is generally friendly. We've never had to use the emergency maintenance, however with the maintenance sometimes even if you mention something verbally to one of the staff members or the guys on the maintenance team while they're inside your apartments, they sometimes don't come back to resolve that issue. Sometimes you must pursue a maintenance issue multiple times and mention it to the staff to ensure that it is resolved, otherwise it may be forgotten, or there may simply be more important priorities on the list. That being said, most of our major issues-- refrigerator freezer fans stopped working, AC freeze, bathroom-related shower fixtures, were fixed completely or to an acceptable point--in other words, it's functional. As far as issues you may encounter with these apartments, they're from the 1970's, and some units have Review from Google
Nov 2017: I've been living here for almost a year now and I have yet to encounter any issues with my neighbors, management, or maintenance. The ladies in the office resolve anything requested in an efficient manner, as well as maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with the residents. They have worked with me upon request and overall, it's not a bad place to live. Not to mention, it's near major stores and restaurants. I'd recommend to anyone with realistic expectations of an apartment complex. The staff is phenomenal. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Lived in this community for over 5 years and I've seen remarkable improvements. Such great neighbors. Awsome staff in the office. Review from Google
Oct 2017: This place is absolute garbage. The buildings and the management. Management switched 3 times in 1 year while I was there. JASMINE AND MICHAEL were there when I left and they are actually laughable. Call and talk to Michael about account, he says he can't do anything, his Mommy, excuse me, boss, Jasmine is the only one qualified. Call later and talk to Jasmine, "Oh, Michael handles that, he's the only one that can help you". They have NO management skills and embarrass themselves on the daily. If you want BLACK SEWAGE spewing out of your kitchen sink, roaches that will never go away, weak walls that crack with the slightest touch (seriously, hope you don't have asthma cause you will have dusty walls if you live here, can't wash them or the whole wall will break), incompetent management, a "gated community" with a gate that NEVER closed in 1.5 Review from Google
Dec 2016: I wish I could give this place a negative 5. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. Maintenance is horrible, they don't complete anything they just temporarily fix something and It's broken again the next day. I'm going to upload pictures and send to corporate. They said they are under new management WELL new management needs to hire new maintenance as well. I'm going to upload pictures to YELP if I'm able to. don't get tricked by the model. don't get got! Review from 12/24/16 on Google
May 2016: By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance guys do work their butts off and they do come to my place within one day to check out anything that needs fixing. But I have to call them at least once a week. Everything is wrong with this place. The ants, bugs, paint all over the house is chipping off, the smell, leaking of the drain, and the people at the desk and just rude and all they want is your money. I cannot wait to move out soon. Review from 5/14/16 on Google
Apr 2016: This place is horrible I highly suggest you think twice before moving here. We had a back up in our bathroom with feces in it for 72hours because maintenance did not show up after calling them for 2 days straight. We also had a rat issue in the apartment. As well as threatened a late fee because their site was down which is how I pay. This place is garbage after my lease is up going somewhere else do not move here. AND IF YOU GUYS REMOVE MY REVIEW AGAIN I WILL GET SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO LIVED HERE TO WRITE THEIR HONEST REVIEW AND HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS. Review from 4/24/16 on Google
Mar 2016: I just moved in a few weeks ago. I was skeptical because of the previous reviews but so far so good. When i first moved in my stove wasn't working but maintence was quick to come out and fix it the same day. My apartment was really clean when i first moved in. The leasing office staff is friendly. I dealt with Wigi and she is a nice and sweet person. As far as the roach infestation, I've only seen 2 roaches in my apartment, However i keep it clean and i haven't seen any since then. Other than that the neighborhood is nice and quiet, i dont have any problems with neighbors so far. My move in process was simple and easy. Review from 3/7/16 on Google
