I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a One bedroom one bath unit in a 2x2 apartment at The Ivy. Rent is $ and all unities are included (🌊 water, trash, sewer, 💡electricity, pest control, parking, WiFi & Cable). The apartment is fully furnished and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is located on the first floor. My roommate will also be subleasing her bedroom in April. I will pay the subleasing fee and you will be responsible for rent from April - July.
