Aug 2017: This actually deserves no stars, the office staff are extremely extremely extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and lazy! You cannot take a shower while the washer machine is washing clothes because the water pressure is too low. Cars are broken into often, so if you want a headache free living experience, go somewhere else. Review from Google
Feb 2017: Good: Good spacious duplex homes. Servicing staff is good.
Bad: Very Poor staff at the leasing center who are uncooperative, rude and unfriendly. Apartments prices are average to high for the amenities provided. Average to poor amenities - no washer/drier included with rent.
Tip: Avoid unless no other option works out. Plenty of better budget friendly apartments nearby. don't pay extra $50 for community center and pool. not worth it. Review from Google

Review from 12/12/16 on GoogleDec 2016: I've been living here for two years. At first it wasn't bad but after I renewed my lease everything went downhill. The apartments are just too old. The floor creaks every time you take a step, the bathroom fixtures are practically decaying. Not to mention that the door and other fixtures started getting holes on them as well. Mold started to appear on my ceiling on the first floor and all they did was paint over it...like that would solve the problem. The neighborhood recently even became more unsafe due to shootouts around USF area and burglary. (I have gotten two of my bikes stolen).

Dec 2016: I have move because they said. That the apartment have been remodeled but event the tub is spay paint the gyn and club close at 530 so you pay 50 dollar for a amenity that you cab not use. Because some one still the Computer so they closed at 530 si put the Computer on the Office and keep the gym open si we has a tenant cab we use it because not every one work untill 12 or 3 some off use work until 7pm. These is very bad for people to rent. They just want you money.

Nov 2015: I moved in 5 days ago and I am very pleased. I love the management ( Wendy and Tiffani) they are awesome!!! My move in process was c easy not stressful. They were so helpful and the customer service was the best. I love my place and will definitely refer others. Thank you so much for making my experience moving into St. Moritz.

Oct 2015: I have lived here at St. Moritz Apartments for just over a year now, and I am happy to say I have just renewed for another year! The office staff, Tiffany & Wendy are both great to work with. They are courteous, happy to help & are always willing to go the extra mile. Anytime I have needed anything at all, they have both been instrumental in assisting me with my needs. The community is also very child friendly, and my kids both love it here. There are always monthly family friendly activities, and I love that the community is family oriented. The maintenance staff is also great & can handle anything thrown at them. All in all, I couldn't be happier!

Sep 2015: Since new management, they have painted. They have also raised the prices and become intrusive along with the maintenance being rude and unreliable. 1 year ago id give it 4 stars. I dont know where i im moving, i just know im not staying here. Google Plus
