The complex is minutes away from Bayshore and South Howard Ave., and only minutes from UT and from 💚 USF! Amenities include parking, dishwasher, shared laundry, outdoor 🍔 grill/firepit, and community 🏊 pool! Perfect for if you are staying in Tampa for a summer job/internship and you don’t want to start a year-long lease until August!
