- 7 month lease
1 bedroom in 3 beds 3 baths.

Hi everyone! (👩 female only)

I’m subleasing a private bedroom & bathroom within a 3x3 at Reflections apartments - 7 minutes from 💚 USF campus (do not have to be a student)

There are two other sweet young ladies who stay in the apartment as well. Very 🎇clean and respectful.

Last year I moved into a standard style apartment and mid-year I was upgraded to a newly renovated standard style with no change in payments, so you’d be staying in an upgraded standard style apartment for basic standard style prices.

You will be staying in room C, which has the large bathroom in the apartment.

Reflections has also recently finished upgrading their amenities and they are great!

Rent is ONLY $ a month! FLAT RATE!

Everything is included 🙂

What to expect:
* Fully furnished private suite with private bathroom
* Fully equipped kitchen with ☢ microwave
* Flat screen 📺 tv in common area
* High speed internet
* Cable package included
* Individual locking bedroom door
* Full-size washer and dryer
* Private patios/balconies
* Stainless steel appliances
* Gray quartz countertops in kitchen and bathroom
* Glass top stove
* Deep single bowl sink in kitchen
* New cabinetry
* Gray leather-style furniture in common area available
* Updated lighting and fans available
* Wood-style flooring

Available for immediate move-in.

If 7 months is not long enough, lease can always be renewed.

Subleasing fees are covered, the month of January’s rent is paid. You will be responsible for the first full month you’d be moving in, (February) and the months thereafter. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

If you have a co-signer the security deposit of $ (down payment) is waived, without a co-signer the deposit is required before moving in.

Please let me know if you are interested & we could get this thing started!

If you have any additional questions message me :)
