Apr 2018: Unlike other complexes, You can’t just place a work order and expect it to be completed. You have to place it for a month daily. You have to show up at the leasing office and make a big deal about it not being completed because it was never even logged by the staff members. And the residents are filthy dropping trash all around the vicinity. Only the front apartments area (where you tour) is clean. Mar 2018: I am a tenant here as of January 2018. I would say it made me some what a little nervous because you could see so much work really needed to be done However the staff mentioned there is a New owner and she is really working hard to correct all of the issues that need to updated here at Ashford. I have observed how much progress with the property being cleaned up gates purchased to have my h more better security. Chelsea is also fixing the fitness center has already installed new equipment already done even she is bringing a certain type of standard with the right kind of people whom she knows will appreciate and help with taking care of the property. She is out with the old in with the new. Just a little more patience and there will be much more to see. Review from Google

Jan 2018: They have big closet space and it's a quiet neighborhood but other than that they are HORRIBLE! I moved here because it was the only thing available when I needed it. They have roaches and never call their pest control to spray them because it makes them multiply. I had a turmite problem and they said they would come back to paint next week over the holes they drilled and 8 months later they still haven't painted it. Maintenance will half fix EVERYTHING and say they'll be back and never do. They also have a bedbug problem. I live in the back and I have friends they stayed in the front and we all have the same problems​. The manager (Chelsea) seems overwhelmed whenever I come to talk to her. But all she needs to do is get her maintenance team together and make sure they're all doing their job thoroughly so she won't have people complaining as Review from Google

Massive walk-in closets for all your lovely clothes, clean kitchen, and a nice living room/dining room combination. The grounds are starting to look really nice. The office staff is very friendly and helpful! The maintenance workers are always polite. Nov 2017: I have seen a tremendous improvement ever since this property has been taken over by new management. People in the office are really sweet. Chelsy is great. My problems are being address and the upgrades that are being done are BEAUTIFUL!

May 2017: I had no problems with my apartment.. I just didn't like how nasty people are over here.. they will leave their trash outside by the parking lot.. people will dump their trash from their car all in the parking lot which is nasty.. towards the back is very trashy and nasty and smells horrible!! I dislike the people that live here.. can't stand the loud music.. no one needs to know what you are listening to.. especially at 3am.

May 2017: I still live here my lease is up in 6 months. Nasty place and people. Nothing is done right at all. Since I moved in I've been dealing with code enforcement. Now I know him by first name. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemies. Save your money and time.

As soon as I moved in the AC was broke and water does not get hot. House has been 80 degrees, the office as well as the maintenance ppl say they will come out and never show up. I'm only 15 days into living on this property and regretting to have moved here. Wished I would have read the reviews on here it would have helped me make a better decision on my living arrangements.

Everything is disorganized, nothing is new or remodeled complex is always dirtys with rats roaches and monitors running around. This places doesn't even deserve 1 star it should be shut down it's overpriced rundown and dysfunctional please do research and personal go there to see the apartments. May 2016: Me and my family just moved here to Florida, only been in our apartment for about two weeks & half now and it's going good so far, when we moved in the walls were freshly painted, new carpet and hard floors, NO ROACHES in our apartment at all! thank God! New toilet seats, new refrigerator and everything. Only thing that's annoying the mess out of me is the maintenance crew, I've had to call up to the front office 7 times to request maintenance to replace the balcony light bulb and balcony screen, which was suppose to be done upon us moving in there.

Apr 2016: Ashford is the worst place to live. Some young punk shot up the parking lot a few weeks ago. It caused damage to people's cars in the parking lot. And I'm sure Ashford is not going to help them get it fixed. Ashford maintenance men are so weak they never come to fix crap. They want to charge 750 for a one bedroom that should only cost 600 at the most!!!!... THIS IS THE REAL HOOD. oh and let's not forget about all these bad ass kids that run around here cursing, and not moving out the way for cars.

Oct 2015: Blessings, my name is Anita I am writing this review afrer living here 7 months. First let me address the many complaints about roaches..MY PLACE HAS NONE! MY NEIGHBoR BEEN HERE 5YRS HE HAS NONE! WHY BECAUSE I PUT BORIC ACID down everywhere upon movein and in 2 days bug free. I also take my trash every day and never let it sit on patio or at fr door. There is a noise issue if u live near pool because many kids who dont live here come in and there is no pool attendant. This could be easily solved by having someone paid min wage to enforce pool rules
But other than noise and people smoking weed on patios I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

Aug 2015: Today is my moving date. The apartment was suppose to ready at 4 pm. I get to the apartment leasing office at 4 pm. Get my keys from Mia (property manger). Walk up to the apartment to see that the apartment is still being worked on. Go inside to see a leasing agent trying to fix the stove. Walked inside the apartment to see roaches EVERYWHERE, on the walls, ceiling, bathroom tub. I ask the leasing agent what was up with the roaches, she said "oh we just bombed an hour ago". WHAT I said. If that was the case, I should see died roaches every where. But no they are alive and kicking. holes in the bathroom walls. And this is just day one. What have a got myself into.

Jul 2015: The worst Apartment complex in the United States horrible customer service. Had to fix my AC every week. Never pick up phones always raising the rent terrible trash system and terrible cleaning system need to be tore down immediately if you are looking to live here that will be the biggest mistake of your life. Also on the left side has Prisoners living inside the complex for work release.
