Dec 2015: We lived here for three years, Bugs have always been a problem with the deterioration building and outside structures with out proper maintenance. The Staff was great until they had a staffing change the first year we lived here, after that they have been rude and uncaring to any situation you present them with. The maintenance guy Don is Awesome. The grills worked for about a month before they were weathered and falling apart. I have had multiple break ins. Car stolen, Gun Stolen Bikes Stolen. Not a safe place if you hold any regard for the things you worked hard for. At least twice a month you will have police helicopters above looking for criminals in the area. Well worth it to look for another place a few miles away in a better area.

Nov 2015: I wish I could rate this place a 0 Staff is very rude and uncaring. When I first moved into here 4 years ago my rent was 600 for a super small one bedroom. The rent has gone up every year now I pay over 800... A/C broke twice, bath tub is broken and cracked all they would do it put some cheap patch job that cracked a few days later. The ceiling in the bathroom is sagging, bugs, screened porch isn't really screened, appliances suck and they wont do a thing about those.Basically everything is deteriorating around here and they want to keep charging you more for rent and not fix anything. Also crime rate is ridiculous around this area. It's gated but gate is broken all the time.

Oct 2015: This was the first place I lived when I moved to Tampa in 1997. I see not much has changed since I lived there. People would steal my Victoria bras right from the washer which was located right when you drive in, The air conditioner CONTINUOUSLY froze an their answer was to take a blow dryer to it. Someone was in my apartment when I wasn't home, found items on the floor that weren't there when I left for work. I should of changed my locks. I had to move because of a nest of bugs were building in my living room and management did NOTHING. It was gross! Loved the pool and whirlpool, and those live oak trees with the Spanish moss. They were charging $550 a month in 1997. I see nothing has changed... SMH

Jul 2015: These apartments are wonderful!It's super quite here. I haven't had a problem with noise nor with neighbors.I love the pool here, it's clean and never packed with people. The staff here are wonderful! I just wish they would work on the appearances of the landscaping. Other then that, I would recommend this community to everyone.

Jun 2015: The apartment layout is great. The office personnel is friendly. The landscaping could use some help. The area in which the apartment is located is great. Easy access to USF, supermarkets, shopping malls, and great attractions. Easy access to the 75 and 275.
